The Startellite Method

Three pillars. One orbit.

Everything a startup needs to go from prototype to production — without the chaos.

Talent

Real, Validated Satellites

No more generic resumes. Every Satellite passes real technical exams by Sector (Frontend, Backend, Cloud, Security, AI/ML and more), an interview for the Verified Satellite Seal, and proof of Big Tech experience. They also organize into Spaceships — squads led by a commander, ready to take on entire projects.

Sector exams + Verified Seal
Payment

Fair Pricing, Protected Payments

No ghosting, no negotiation calls. Each Satellite's hourly rate is calculated from proven technical mastery and mission history, and every payment sits in escrow until delivery is validated — protecting both company and Satellite on every mission.

Escrow on every mission

About Us

What Startellite Is

Startellite is the ecosystem where startup founders, software engineers, and technical recruiting teams meet. Our platform powers the entire hiring operation: escrow-protected payments, a marketplace to find projects and clients, portfolio and delivered-mission showcasing, full contract and team (Spaceship) management, tech events, learning tracks, and much more. All in one place, with no spreadsheets or scattered tools required.

General admission is free and grants access to the event, but without category identification. To identify as a Satellite, you must register as a Satellite on the platform and pay the Satellite registration fee (Conqueror Satellites don't pay — Free and PRO pay normally). To pitch and identify as a Company, you must pay the Company registration (Orbit and Galaxy companies don't pay). Each registration category gets an identification wristband and, at some events, a specific badge.

* Low-income youth up to 25 years old affiliated with Ismart or other social development institutes get free admission upon proof of enrollment. Conqueror Satellites get full exemption from registration and the catering fee, including access to the VIP/Networking Area. Orbit/Galaxy companies don't pay for registration — only the USD 6 fee, which covers reservation and catering (waived for Galaxy plan). Students from Insper and Ismart receive 50% off via coupon on the ticketing platform.

Social Impact

Commitment to the Brazilian Ecosystem: 10% of the net profit from each event's paid tickets goes to scholarships — 5% to the Insper Scholarship Program and 5% to Ismart.
